The Pup Hut is a reliable and well-regarded pet grooming service, offering a range of services including haircuts, nail trims, and flea baths. The staff are friendly and caring, taking the time to get to know each pet and tailor their services to their individual needs. The business has received widespread praise from customers, with many commenting on the high quality of care their pets have received. However, there have been some instances where the business has fallen short, including one case of a pet being burned during a grooming session, which was not immediately reported to the owner. The prices at The Pup Hut are reasonable and competitive, making it an attractive option for pet owners on a budget. The business is also wheelchair accessible and has a free parking lot, making it easy for customers to visit.Overall, The Pup Hut is a solid choice for pet owners looking for a trustworthy and caring grooming service. However, owners should be vigilant in monitoring their pets during and after grooming sessions to ensure their safety and well-being.
