This business location offers a convenient and welcoming environment for customers, with features such as wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms, Wi-Fi, and a gender-neutral restroom. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, as seen in several reviews praising their customer service. However, there are some issues with service quality, with some customers reporting long wait times for phone calls and rude behavior from pharmacists. One customer had a particularly concerning experience when a pharmacist provided incorrect information about a prescription, which highlights the need for better training and communication. On the plus side, the location offers a range of services, including medication disposal and in-store pickup, and is LGBTQ+ friendly. The working hours are somewhat limited, but the location is open for most of the week. Overall, this business has its strengths and weaknesses, and customers should be aware of the potential issues before visiting.
