This Publix Pharmacy location on Champions Gate Blvd has a lot to offer. The store is open on weekdays from 9 am to 9 pm, on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 am to 9 pm, and on Sundays from 11 am to 6 pm. The variety of services, including in-store shopping, in-store pickup, and delivery, makes it a convenient option for many customers. The location is also LGBTQ+ friendly, has a gender-neutral restroom, and wheelchair-accessible facilities. However, there have been some issues with customer service. Some customers have reported difficulty in getting their prescriptions ready on time, and the pharmacy staff's attitude has been a problem for some. Additionally, the pharmacy has been slow at times. On the other hand, the pharmacy has received praise for its excellent service, with some customers going above and beyond to help. The staff is described as hardworking and great people. The store's description on the website mentions that ordering is faster and easier with the Order Ahead feature, but this is not explicitly mentioned on the store's website. It is worth noting that the pharmacy has a variety of payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, credit cards, and checks. The store also has Wi-Fi available. The main issue here is with the customer service, specifically with the pharmacist's attitude and the difficulty in getting prescriptions ready on time.
