This Publix Pharmacy at Land O' Lakes is a well-established medical supply store that offers a wide range of services, including in-store shopping, pickup, and delivery. The store's convenient location on Land O' Lakes Boulevard makes it easily accessible to the local community. The pharmacy is known for its friendly and welcoming staff, with many reviewers praising the helpful and knowledgeable pharmacists, such as Matt and Taylor, who go above and beyond to assist customers. The store's LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space features are also appreciated by many. The pharmacy's menu offers a variety of medical supplies, but it seems that the deli department's Macaroni and Cheese is a letdown, with some customers finding it dry and lacking flavor. On the other hand, the store's chicken tender sub is a must-have, according to one reviewer. Some customers have reported issues with long wait times, incomplete orders, and lack of communication about problems. One reviewer had to wait 45 minutes and then had to return to the store multiple times to resolve an issue. Another reviewer was disappointed with the lack of friendliness and helpfulness from the staff. However, most reviewers praise the store's quick and easy service, with many mentioning that their prescriptions are ready and filled quickly. The pharmacy's commitment to helping customers find solutions to their medical needs is also appreciated.Overall, Publix Pharmacy at Land O' Lakes is a well-regarded medical supply store that offers a range of services and products. While there are some issues with the deli department and occasional problems with wait times and communication, the pharmacy's friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick service, and commitment to customer satisfaction make it a popular choice for many in the local community.
