With a rating of 4.8 out of 5, it's clear that the majority of customers have had positive experiences here. The staff, particularly Tony and John, seem to be highly skilled and customer-focused, with many reviewers praising their helpfulness and professionalism. However, there are some concerns about the pricing, with some reviewers suggesting that the costs are a bit high. Additionally, there's one negative review that highlights issues with customer service and potential misrepresentation of information on the website. The facility itself appears to be clean and well-maintained, with many reviewers commenting on its cleanliness and safety. The automated systems and online booking process are also convenient and efficient.Overall, while this facility may not be perfect, it's a solid choice for those in the area who need storage solutions.
