The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Linda, Lori, and Sierra, who are knowledgeable and efficient in setting up storage units. They are willing to go the extra mile to meet customers' requirements. The facility is clean and modern, with excellent security features. However, some customers have reported issues with the Bluetooth access not working consistently, which can be frustrating. The storage units are available in various sizes, and the prices are competitive. The staff is also willing to work with customers to find the best option for their needs. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with both parking and entrance points designed for easy navigation. While the staff is generally excellent, it would be beneficial to improve the consistency of the Bluetooth access system to avoid any inconvenience to customers.
