This business location is well-established in the construction and development industry, with a strong reputation for quality work. The Pruner&Potts LLC team is known for their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Their services include landscape design, lawn care, and sod installation. The staff is responsive and punctual, with excellent customer service. They communicate clearly and keep clients updated throughout the project. The team's professionalism and value for money make them stand out in the industry. However, there seems to be an issue with inconsistent quality in certain areas, as shown in the negative review. The reviewer felt that the owner had a bad attitude and was not open to feedback. This raised concerns about the quality of the service and professionalism of the team. Despite this issue, the positive reviews highlight the team's strengths in responsiveness, punctuality, quality, professionalism, and value. They are a family-owned business with a commitment to excellence and a passion for providing top-notch services.
