One client praised the quality of the work, noting that a 13-year-old metal roof installed by James was still in great condition. James was also commended for being friendly, insightful, and generous with his time. However, the quality of the work does not always seem to meet the high standards set by James. One client mentioned that a second roof, which was not installed by James, needed some work to get up to code.
