Promenade Development is a great place to live, with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach. However, some issues with the property management company have been reported, including occasional delays in responding to maintenance requests. The complex is well-maintained, with clean and pleasant amenities, including a swimming pool. The wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot make it easy for everyone to get around. However, some units may need some renovation to meet the high standards of the complex. The community is welcoming, with a strong sense of ownership among the residents, as seen in the active Promenade Condominium Owners association. However, some residents have expressed concerns about the noise levels from nearby buildings.Overall, Promenade Development is a great option for those looking for a beachfront lifestyle, but be prepared for some occasional issues with property management.
