This location seems to have some difficulties with providing reliable services, especially in emergency situations. Despite being open for a decent amount of hours, Monday through Sunday, they have a few flaws. They accept various payment methods, including debit cards and credit cards, and are wheelchair accessible, which is great. However, their co-branding with Progressive Insurance might not entirely make up for the shortcomings.One of the major issues is the language barrier among their staff, which can make it hard for customers to communicate and resolve their problems. They were unable to input a customer's location correctly and made a mistake with sending a tow truck, which caused unnecessary delays. It's unacceptable to send someone to a dealership when there are tire shops nearby.Another issue is the disconnection problem with their phone number, making it hard for customers to reach them.Unfortunately, the location also failed to provide the most basic roadside assistance, making the experience much more stressful and anxious for the customer. Considering these issues, it's no wonder some customers are thinking of switching providers.
