From start to finish, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The company's professionalism and attention to detail are top-notch. From the initial consultation to the actual pet sitting services, the team has been incredibly responsive and accommodating. They have a robust system in place for managing schedules, notes, and photos, which keeps pet parents informed and at ease.One of the standout features is their ability to tailor services to meet the unique needs of each pet. Our pets have been cared for by multiple sitters, each with their own strengths and specialisms. The consistency and adaptability are truly impressive, ensuring a seamless experience for both pets and their families.Their transparent communication and genuine care for the pets in their charge have made us feel confident in their abilities. The team is knowledgeable, experienced, and clearly passionate about their work.However, we did experience an issue with the company's cancellation policy. We understand the importance of being prepared for cancellations, but we feel that the 50% penalty for canceling within 48 hours is too harsh, especially considering the notice is typically provided well in advance.That being said, we would still recommend Professional Pets Florida to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate pet care. Their ability to provide a personalized experience for each pet, combined with their dedication to customer service, makes them an exceptional choice.The only area for improvement we would suggest is revisiting their cancellation policy to strike a balance between preparing for cancellations and being understanding of pet owners' circumstances.
