This business location has a generally average rating. The concrete work done here may not be up to par, as one customer experienced issues with erosion after just a few years. The situation was attributed to poor workmanship, specifically the concrete being overworked, which led to the aggregate sinking and water rising. Despite this, the company was not responsive to resolving the issue. On a more positive note, the location is associated with Production Concrete LLC, a well-known brand in the industry. However, the phone number listed is not actively being used to address customer concerns. Pricing information is not readily available, and it's unclear if the business is actively innovating in its services or offerings. One major concern is the lack of response from the company to address customer complaints, which may be a sign of larger issues with customer service.
