The location of Building 658, S Tamiami Trl Trail, Osprey City, offers an office environment, and dining options. Restaurants and corporate office are housed in the building. With wheelchair accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance, the place is convenient for visitors with mobility needs. Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, which may not meet the requirements of those who need services outside of these times. Long wait times are a concern, as several visitors have experienced this issue. On the other hand, the building is described as "nice" and has "polite staff." Cleanliness and professionalism of the staff have been noticed by some visitors. The building houses a probation office, which may be a consideration for some visitors.
