The Princess Motel is a basic hotel with some drawbacks. The location on W Hillsborough Ave in Tampa City seems decent, but the rooms are quite disgusting and the staff is often uninterested. The few guests who have stayed here have complained about the cleanliness, smell, and overall condition of the rooms. One guest reported a severe issue with a smoky room, which is a significant concern for a place that offers free Wi-Fi and parking. On the positive side, some guests have praised the location, which is possibly the best aspect of this motel. A few guests have also mentioned that the staff is sometimes friendly, but this seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Overall, the Princess Motel needs a lot of work to become a decent place to stay.
