This Prime Cooling & Heating location on Central Ave Avenue, Suite 41 in St. Petersburg City is an all-around great place. The business is well-organized and professional. Technicians are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything well. They are always on time and do a great job of fixing issues with home air conditioners and other HVAC systems. It is easy to schedule appointments and technicians are flexible with their hours. The staff is very friendly and courteous, making the overall experience very pleasant. They have a wide range of services available, including repairs, installations, and maintenance, which is convenient for customers who have multiple needs. Prices are relatively affordable and competitive with other companies in the area. One potential issue is that the business doesn't seem to have a lot of new or innovative ideas for how to handle common problems with home HVAC systems. However, this does not seem to negatively impact the quality of their work or the customer experience.
