3.5

The location is a real estate developer, construction, and modeling company. The website provides information on their services and features a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. However, it seems that the company has had issues with the treatment of vendors and customers in the past. Some clients have reported being charged high rent and being exploited, with some even being evicted unfairly. On the other hand, there are positive reviews from some clients who have had a good experience with the company's management team. Despite the mixed reviews, the company has a decent overall rating of 3.5. The main issue that stands out is the way the company treats its vendors and customers, which seems to be a major concern for some clients.
