The location is an excellent real estate agency that offers a wide range of services, including property management and free MLS search. The agency is well-organized, and the staff is very professional. They have a strong knowledge of the market and can provide valuable advice to their clients. The agency is also very responsive to clients' needs and is available for online appointments.
The property listings are up-to-date, and the agency provides a smooth experience for buyers and sellers. The agency has a strong reputation in the community, and their agents are well-trained and knowledgeable. They have a strong network of contacts and can provide excellent recommendations for clients.
However, one issue that stands out is the need for better communication with clients who have had issues with their properties. One client had a disappointing experience with the agency's affiliate company, Ocala Rentals LLC, and felt that the issue was not resolved promptly. The agency's owner responded promptly to this issue, but it highlights the need for improved communication and follow-up with clients.
Overall, Pretty Penny Properties is a reliable and trustworthy agency that can provide excellent services to its clients. With a few improvements in communication, they can take their services to the next level.
The agency's location is easily accessible, with wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. They also offer onsite services and online appointments, making it convenient for clients to work with them.
The agency's website is informative and easy to navigate, providing clients with a wealth of information about the properties and services offered. They also have a strong social media presence, which helps them to stay connected with their clients and promote their services.
Pretty Penny Properties is a top-notch real estate agency that can provide excellent services to its clients. With a strong team of professionals and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, they are a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agency.
