This pet grooming business, Pretty Paws, has a reputation for providing great services for animals. The staff is known for being friendly and gentle with pets, which is reflected in the positive reviews. One client reported that the staff called when it was time to pick up their pet, showing attention to detail. The business also offers a convenient and reasonable price for pet grooming services. However, there is one issue - the business has limited hours of operation, which might be a problem for those who need to drop off their pets outside of those times. The team at Pretty Paws seems to be dedicated to their work, taking the time to understand each pet's needs and temperament. This personalized approach contributes to the positive experience many pet owners have had at the business. The owner, Kim, is praised for her professionalism and excellent work with pets. Overall, Pretty Paws appears to be a reliable choice for pet grooming in the area.
