I visited Pretty Lavish and was pleased with the overall experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The building is wheelchair accessible with a convenient parking lot. I was able to schedule my appointment online, which was convenient. The prices are competitive and reasonable. However, I did notice that the quality of the services could be improved. Some of the technicians were not as skilled as others, which affected the quality of the work. I also wish they had more varied hours, especially on weekends when some clients might prefer to visit.Despite this, I appreciate the owner's dedication to their craft and their willingness to learn and improve. They are responsive to feedback and seem to care about their clients' satisfaction. Overall, I would recommend Pretty Lavish to those looking for a unique and personalized experience.
