This review was left for Presto Pizza, located at Building 14038, Hicks Rd Road, Hudson City. From the known information, it appears that Presto Pizza offers a variety of services, including delivery, takeout, and catering. Their menu includes a range of pizzas, as well as other Italian-American dishes like garlic knots and calzones. The location is open for business, with working hours listed as 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday. They also have a website and social media presence, which suggests a modern and customer-friendly approach. Many clients have left positive feedback about the quality of the food, with several reviewers mentioning that the pizza is "delicious," "cooked to perfection," and has a "perfect cheese-to-sauce ratio." The service has also been praised, with several reviewers noting that the staff is friendly and welcoming. Some reviewers have mentioned that the prices are reasonable, with one reviewer stating that they are "a great value for the quality of the food." However, there is one negative review, where the client was unhappy with the service and stated that the staff was "absolutely oblivious to what was on the menu."One potential issue that stands out is the lack of a clear response from the management in the negative review. The reviewer's concerns were not adequately addressed, and they were not offered a resolution or an apology.Overall, it seems that Presto Pizza has a strong reputation in the community, with many satisfied clients praising the quality of the food and the service. However, the management should take steps to address customer complaints and provide a clear and satisfactory response in the event of a negative review.
