This motel has received mostly negative reviews from guests, with many expressing disappointment and frustration with their stay. Guests have reported issues with cleanliness, including infestations of roaches and rats, as well as broken furniture and appliances. Some guests have also reported problems with hot water and toilet functionality.
It appears that the motel has a reputation for being infested with roaches and rats, with several guests mentioning this as a major issue. Some guests have also reported finding bed bugs and other pests in their rooms.
Guests have also expressed concerns about the management and staff, with some reporting that they are unfriendly and unhelpful. One guest mentioned that the staff seemed to be more interested in allowing drug dealers and prostitutes to operate out of the motel than in providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
However, some guests have reported positive experiences at the motel, including friendly staff and a sense of community. One guest mentioned that the Cuban manager was particularly friendly and helpful.
Overall, it seems that this motel has a lot of work to do in terms of improving its cleanliness, management, and guest services. While some guests have reported positive experiences, the majority of reviews suggest that this is not a reliable or welcoming place to stay.
One major issue that stands out from the reviews is the presence of roaches and rats, which is a significant concern for any motel. Guests have reported seeing these pests in their rooms and in the common areas, and some have even mentioned finding them in their food and on their person. This is a serious issue that the motel needs to address in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for its guests.
