This parking lot seems to have some issues with providing guaranteed parking spots, even when reservations are made in advance. I've read about multiple people showing up and not being able to find parking, despite having paid for it. One customer was left to scramble for alternative parking and even had to pay more for airport parking. There are also complaints about difficulties in getting refunds and making changes to reservations. It's great that they have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, which is very helpful for people with mobility issues. The pricing seems to be competitive, with some customers commenting that it's very reasonable. This parking lot seems to be located in a convenient area, with a bus stop nearby that can take you to the airport. There is a complaint about not respecting reservations, which is a major issue for any business.Overall, it seems like this parking lot has some problems with consistency and customer service, but also has some positive qualities like accessibility and competitive pricing.
