This facility is well-positioned for those in need of storage services in Zephyrhills City. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. However, one customer had a poor experience, reporting a staff member being high and rude, and also found the unit they were assigned to not to be climate-controlled, which is a concern for anyone looking for a reliable storage option. The staff at Premier Storage Too seem to be generally helpful and accommodating, with some customers praising their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. Online payments are also a convenient option, which is a definite plus. The facility appears to offer a range of services, including climate-controlled storage, boat parking, and RV parking, which caters to a diverse set of customers. However, some services, like 24-hour access, have been discontinued, which may be a drawback for some. Overall, Premier Storage Too has its strengths and weaknesses, but it seems to be a reliable option for those in need of storage services in the area.
