This place has been a trusted source for various businesses in the area for many years. With a vast array of restaurant equipment and supplies, it's easy to see why they've built such a strong reputation. Their staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, making the shopping experience a breeze. The used products they sell are thoroughly tested and in great condition, offering excellent value for the price. From residential customers to restaurant owners, everyone receives top-notch service. The sales team is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers get exactly what they need. However, there's been one notable instance where the staff didn't quite meet expectations. A customer purchased a used Hobart 60 Qt mixer, but unfortunately, it wasn't compatible with their 1-phase circuit, leading to some frustration. Despite this issue, the company still offered to exchange the mixer for a newer model or provide a phase converter to resolve the problem. The shopping experience is convenient, with multiple payment options available, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, credit cards, and checks. The store's accessibility features make it easy for everyone to navigate, including wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. One minor issue worth noting is that the store has limited hours of operation, which might not suit everyone's schedules. Nevertheless, their website and phone number are readily available for those who need to contact them outside of regular business hours.Overall, Premier Restaurant Supplies is a great choice for anyone in the market for high-quality restaurant equipment and supplies. With their extensive selection, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service, it's no wonder they've earned a loyal customer base.
