This business location is a solid choice for those in need of storage and packaging services. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, with some customers mentioning that they were very helpful. The location itself is impressive, with a huge warehouse and a street designed for large trucks. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, but the lack of washrooms for drivers is a concern. Additionally, the business has had some problems with communication, with one customer mentioning that they were unable to contact the location despite multiple attempts. One customer had a particularly poor experience, stating that the staff was unhelpful and rude. However, this seems to be an isolated incident, as most customers have had positive experiences with the staff. The business also offers a range of services, including overnight parking, which is convenient for truck drivers. However, the process for checking in and out can be a bit confusing, with one customer suggesting that using a specific entrance and following a specific route can make things easier.Overall, this business location is a good choice for those in need of storage and packaging services. While there are some issues that need to be addressed, the positive reviews and convenient services make it a solid option.
