I was extremely pleased with my visit to Premier Dentistry of Sarasota. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, and the office is very clean and well-organized. Audrey, my dental hygienist, is knowledgeable, conscientious, and kind. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Rebecca Swartz did an exam to check out an old root canal and explained my options for dealing with it. Premier Dentistry is a top-notch husband and wife private practice with consistent loyal employees who know you by name after a few visits. I have been going there for about 20 years and have always had great experiences with the doctors, hygienists, and staff.The office has a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance, making it easy for people with disabilities to access. They also offer NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards as payment options, which is convenient. The office has a great bedside manner, and the staff is always gentle and professional. Dr. Rebecca Swartz is incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.One thing that could be improved is the communication with the front desk staff. I had a bit of difficulty getting in touch with them to schedule an appointment, but once I got in, the experience was seamless. Overall, I highly recommend Premier Dentistry of Sarasota for anyone looking for quality dental care in a welcoming and professional environment.
