I have been a patient at Premier Community HealthCare about 15 years...The Doctors and staff are absolutely amazing!!! I was recently at a appt in Springhill and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Dawn in customer service. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I bring my mother here as well and she is always so professional, so patient and the nicest person you'd ever want to meet! Love her! Also a Big shout out to my favorite Dr ever Erin Jones! My health is very complex and she handles it amazing!! She is so patient with me, I'm so very comfortable with her and she is so intelligent! I'm telling you Erin and Dawn are the people who make Premier who it is. I'm just thankful I have them. My brother comes here as well and thinks the world of Erin Jones...I can't say enough....I also would like to give a shout out to Jailany( hope I got the spelling right) the medical assistant in the Hudson office, she is awesome!! She is so thorough, so professional and always took the time to listen to me...she really went the extra mile for me when I went to her location...people like her are the backbone of this agency. I would like to personally thank everyone their that handles my care you all are Rock Stars in my book!!!The staff at this facility are awesome.They are informative and kind. Everything was explained in detail. I had no negative care. I recommend this facility to anyone seeking real care with outstanding staff. I went due to my Dr. Leaving my other facility and found out she was my new Dr. At this one. Awesome.Unfortunately, some patients have experienced difficulties with scheduling appointments and getting test results.
