Preferred Materials offers a wide range of building materials, including asphalt, paving services, ready mixed concrete, block, and gunite. They serve the major markets in Florida and have a strong reputation for delivering excellent services. The staff is friendly and hard working, with many customers praising their professionalism and attention to detail. However, there have been instances where the company has failed to deliver on their promises, leaving customers with incomplete projects and financial losses. In one case, a customer reported being left with no concrete, machinery, or staff, and struggled to get any response from the sales associates, dispatchers, or credit manager department. Despite this issue, the company has a strong focus on providing high-quality services at competitive prices. Many customers have reported receiving excellent concrete at prices that are hard to beat. The company seems to be innovative in its approach to construction and development, staying ahead of the curve with the latest technologies and materials.
