This business has been praised for its excellent service and quality work. Clients have mentioned that the staff, Chris and Twylia, are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and are transparent in their pricing. The shop is known for its honesty and integrity, with many customers feeling confident in their work. The business has a strong reputation for its automotive repair services, including brake repair, engine diagnostics, and maintenance. The prices have been deemed reasonable and fair, with some customers even commenting on the affordability. The shop's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction is evident in their commitment to using only quality parts and performing repairs efficiently. While some clients have noted that the shop may not have the latest technology or innovative approaches, they have not been deterred by this and continue to praise the business for its old-fashioned values and dedication to customer service. One notable issue is that the business is not open on weekends, which may be a inconvenience for those who need repairs on days off. However, this has not seemed to impact the shop's overall reputation or customer satisfaction.
