The Pre-Con Construction of Florida, located in Building 1114 on E Oleander St Street in Lakeland City, is a well-established construction company with a long history dating back to 1990. The business offers various services, including construction and modeling, catering to both commercial and residential projects. The company's website is http://www.preconflorida.com/, and the phone number is +18636884504.The office is wheelchair accessible, with a designated parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for visitors with mobility issues. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no services provided on weekends. One issue worth noting is that the pricing of the company's services may not be entirely transparent, which could be a concern for some clients. However, the overall quality of the work, professionalism, and value for money seem to be well-regarded by customers.
