The business location, Post Roofing, has a mixed reputation. While it has received high praise from several clients for its professionalism, quality work, and good communication, there are also several complaints about the company's responsiveness, punctuality, and treatment of customers. Some clients have reported positive experiences with the company, praising its staff for being courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They have also appreciated the company's attention to detail and its ability to handle insurance claims efficiently. However, other clients have had more negative experiences, reporting that the company was slow to respond to their needs, did not meet its promises, and was unwilling to fix problems with its work. One client reported that the company's staff was very unprofessional and rude, and that they were not willing to honor their workmanship warranty. Another client reported that the company did not do a good job of installing their roof, and that it leaked and had several other problems.Overall, the company's quality of work and responsiveness seem to be a major issue, with some clients experiencing excellent service while others have had significant problems. However, the company's pricing is generally good, and its innovativeness is not a major concern. The company's rating is a reflection of its inconsistent performance, with some clients giving it high marks while others have given it low marks. As with any business, it's essential to do your research and read multiple reviews before making a decision about whether to use Post Roofing's services. It's worth noting that the company has responded to some of the negative reviews, apologizing for any inconvenience caused and offering to make things right. However, this may not be enough to restore trust with clients who have had negative experiences.Ultimately, the decision to use Post Roofing's services will depend on your individual needs and preferences. If you're looking for a company that can provide good quality work and good communication, you may want to look elsewhere. However, if you're willing to take a chance on a company that may have some inconsistent performance, Post Roofing may be worth considering.
