Posner Pool Supplies has established itself as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for pool owners in the area. The business offers a wide range of pool supplies and services, including quick and easy visit planning. The store's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it easy for customers to access the store. The staff, particularly the owner and the main lady working there, are praised for being friendly, informative, and helpful. They offer free water testing and provide expert advice on how to maintain and care for pools. The store's prices are reasonable, making it a great option for pool owners. One potential issue is the handling of customer complaints. In one case, a customer felt that their concerns were not addressed properly, leading to a negative review. This suggests that the business may need to improve its communication and customer service skills to handle difficult situations.Overall, Posner Pool Supplies appears to be a well-run and customer-focused business that offers a wide range of services and products for pool owners.
