They have a convenient location at Building 804, Park St Street, Suite B1, in the heart of Clearwater City. The staff is friendly and helpful over the phone, with a contact number of +17273348894. They have a reliable co-brand, Port’s Septic Tank Pumping Clearwater, which is a good sign of their expertise in the field. However, they seem to struggle with responding to calls and messages in a timely manner, which is concerning.Their working hours are standard, with Monday to Friday being 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It's good to see that they have a consistent schedule, which suggests they value their clients' time.Their prices are quite competitive, which is great news for those in need of septic tank cleaning or other services. However, there have been some issues with their quality of work, with one client expressing disappointment with the service they received. The team at Port's Septic Tank Services seems to be highly skilled and efficient, as one client praised their professionalism and value for money. Another client was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism when installing a new toilet.Overall, it seems like they are a reliable option for those in the Clearwater area, but they could improve on their communication and quality of work.
