This location is a government office that serves the community. It is located in the city of Tampa and has a partnership with the Port of Tampa. One of the notable features of this location is its accessibility, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot available. Unfortunately, the parking lot can get crowded during peak hours, which may make it difficult to find a space. Despite this, the office itself is well-maintained and provides a clean and comfortable environment for visitors. The staff is friendly and helpful, making an effort to address any questions or concerns. However, the quality of service can be inconsistent, with some visitors reporting long wait times. On the other hand, the prices for the services offered are very reasonable, making it an attractive option for those seeking government assistance. This location could benefit from more innovative solutions to address the parking issue and improve the overall efficiency of the office.
