This property management company seems to be doing a great job in managing their property, a lovely condo community in Belleair Bluffs City. The condos are spacious, with good-sized kitchens and bathrooms, and the combination living room and dining room gives residents flexibility. The screened in balcony is a lovely feature, stretching across the living room to the master bedroom. The property has assigned covered parking, a pool, and nice sitting areas, making it a great place to relax. The laundry facilities and hookups in the units are a convenience for residents. The residents and staff are friendly, and the condo association has nice people working for them. One potential drawback is the property's age, but it's clear that the management has put in efforts to maintain it well. Overall, it's a great place to stay or live, with a lovely location close to the beach. The residents praise its convenience and beauty.
