4.4

This dealership seems to have a good reputation, with a 4.4-star rating overall. However, there is one major issue that has been mentioned by some customers: poor customer service, particularly in the service department. Some customers have reported feeling disrespected and spoken to condescendingly by service staff, which is unacceptable for a luxury brand like Porsche.Additionally, some customers have expressed frustration with the dealership's financing process, feeling that they were not given competitive rates and were pressured into buying additional products. This suggests that the dealership may prioritize making a sale over providing a good customer experience.Despite these issues, many customers have reported having positive experiences with the dealership, particularly with sales staff like Luis and Andrej, who are known for being knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The dealership's website and showroom are also well-designed and showcase a wide selection of high-end vehicles. The service department seems to be a bit of a mixed bag, with some customers reporting excellent experiences and others feeling frustrated with the process. However, the dealership's parts department is consistently praised for being knowledgeable and helpful, which is a major asset for any dealership.Overall, Porsche Clearwater seems to be a dealership with a lot of potential, but it also has some major flaws that need to be addressed. With better training for service staff and a more customer-centric approach to financing, this dealership could become a true leader in the luxury car market.
