This business is very welcoming to its customers, offering free parking, wheelchair accessibility, and a quick visit experience. It also accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and checks. The business has a strong focus on customer service, with knowledgeable and kind staff, and a long list of satisfied customers. One customer even had a part added to their order free of charge. However, there have been some negative experiences reported, including orders not being fulfilled and poor communication. One customer paid $3,100 for a pool heater that never arrived.
