The location on S Belcher Rd is a great spot for those looking for a high-quality swimming pool experience. Pool & Spa Creations has a well-deserved reputation for providing exceptional service, as evidenced by their numerous positive reviews. The company's team is led by Mark Adkins, who has over 30 years of industry experience and a keen eye for detail. The quality of their work is consistently praised by clients, who appreciate the care and attention given to every aspect of the project. From the initial consultation to the final completion, Mark and his team are known for their professionalism, punctuality, and excellent communication. One minor issue that has been raised by a few clients is the potential for imperfections in the finished product, such as uneven tiles or issues with the sealant. However, it's worth noting that this seems to be the exception rather than the rule, and Mark and his team are always willing to go the extra mile to rectify any problems that may arise. The pricing for their services is generally considered competitive, with many clients praising the value they receive for their money. However, some have noted that the initial consultation and planning process can be a bit lengthy, which may add to the overall cost.In terms of innovativeness, Pool & Spa Creations seems to be at the forefront of the industry, with a keen sense of what clients want and need from their swimming pool experience. They offer a wide range of services, from general construction to swimming pool crack repair and resurfacing, and are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve their processes.Overall, Pool & Spa Creations is a top-notch company that delivers high-quality results and excellent customer service. While there may be the occasional issue, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and clients can trust that they will be in good hands with Mark and his team.
