Many clients have reported that the funeral home's staff, particularly Fred and Jackie, have been extremely helpful and patient during difficult times. They have taken the time to talk to clients and get everything arranged, showing a high level of quality and attention to detail. The business has also been praised for its open and supportive approach to helping clients plan ahead for funerals and cremations. The staff at this location have been described as having huge hearts and going out of their way to accommodate clients and their families. They have been commended for their calm, patient, and kind demeanor, which has helped clients get through difficult days. The business has also been praised for its commitment to helping clients make difficult decisions and for being understanding and compassionate during a time of loss. However, one issue has been raised regarding the quality of work in preparing the body of a deceased person, with one client expressing disappointment with the final result.Overall, this business location seems to be doing an excellent job in providing a supportive and caring service to clients during a difficult time. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of work in preparing the body of a deceased person.Note: I have aggregated the feedback from the clients to create a general text review, avoiding any biases and references to other people's reviews.
