The notary service is open 24/7, which is very convenient. On-site parking and free street parking are available, making it easy to access the location. The business identifies as women-owned, which is a great feature. However, there are some issues with customer service. Some customers reported waiting for a long time without a response, or having a bad experience with the notary. One customer mentioned that the notary was rude and unprofessional. On the other hand, many customers had positive experiences with the notary, mentioning good communication, punctuality, and professionalism. It seems that the quality of service can vary greatly depending on the individual notary. The business has a wide range of working hours, which is convenient for customers. However, it also means that the notary may not be available during peak hours. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for customers with disabilities. Overall, the notary service has both good and bad qualities, and it seems that the customer experience can vary greatly depending on the individual notary.
