This community is truly a wonderful place to live, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The residents here are like a big family, always socializing and looking out for one another. The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach just across the street, and a heated pool on site that's perfect for relaxing. The community is also very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful tropical garden surrounding the buildings. The Polynesian Gardens Association Inc takes great care of the property, ensuring that everything is in good working order and that the residents have a comfortable living experience. The community is also very social, with regular events and activities that bring everyone together. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or an active lifestyle, this community has something for everyone. One thing that stands out about this community is its accessibility, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. This makes it easy for residents with mobility issues to get around the community and enjoy all the amenities. Overall, Polynesian Gardens is a hidden gem that offers a unique and enjoyable living experience. However, one potential drawback is the lack of transparency regarding pricing, which may be a concern for potential residents who want to budget their living costs accurately.
