The location of Polyglass is easy to find, as it's located on S County Line Rd Road in Plant City City. The address is clear and can be easily navigated to by car. However, the overall experience of the business leaves much to be desired, with many customers complaining about the slow loading times. In one instance, it took 4 hours to load 24 pallets, which is unacceptable for a business that claims to offer quick and efficient service. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences, citing friendly staff and a straightforward process. However, the negative reviews far outweigh the positive ones, and it seems that the business has a long way to go in terms of improving its service. One major issue is the prioritization of local drivers over docked trucks, which can lead to long wait times for out-of-town drivers. This is a major concern, as it can affect the livelihoods of truckers who rely on timely loading and unloading of goods. The business's innovativeness is also questionable, as it seems to be stuck in traditional ways of doing things, without much attention to improving its processes or customer service.
