The location is a Cuban restaurant with a menu that includes Caribbean grilled chicken and pork platters, sandwiches, and more. The restaurant has a counter-serve chain format, making it convenient for quick meals. The food quality has been a mixed bag, with some customers enjoying their meals and others experiencing issues with orders being incorrect or missing items. The restaurant's pricing is generally high, but the quality of the food is often good, making it a decent value for the price. The innovativeness of the menu is a strong point, with a variety of unique options available. However, some customers have experienced issues with the restaurant's service, including long wait times and unfriendly staff. Overall, the location is a decent option for those looking for a quick and relatively healthy meal, but it may not be the best choice for those seeking high-quality service. The issue of incorrect or missing orders and unfriendly staff needs to be addressed to improve the overall experience.
