Unfortunately, the experience of some visitors has been negative, with difficulties in getting information about detained individuals. One of the clients was not provided with any information about their daughter's arrest, while another client was unable to get information about their son's detention. However, one client had a more positive experience, visiting the location as a juvenile back in 2001 and finding some aspects of the place to be helpful, such as the school programs and recreation time. It is worth noting that the meals were reportedly excellent at the time. One of the biggest issues here is the lack of cooperation from the office staff in providing information to visitors.
