Their amenities include a restroom for visitors, making it convenient for those who need to stop by. The building is wheelchair accessible, with both a parking lot and entrance designed for ease of use. Although the working hours are 24/7, there seems to be an issue with accessibility to the plumbing services outside of normal fire rescue operations, as witnessed by one visitor who had to wait for the fire department to arrive and fix a water leak before the plumbers showed up. However, the firefighters were able to go above and beyond and turned off the main water source, helping to mitigate the damage.
