They are quick to respond and provide assistance, whether it's unplugging an electrical appliance or providing medical attention.One notable highlight is the exceptional care provided by the EMTs and firefighters. They are skilled, efficient, and reassuring, which is particularly important in high-pressure situations. They are able to stay calm and composed, even when dealing with potentially life-threatening situations, such as heart attacks.However, what stood out to me is the need for more transparent and easily accessible information about their services and operations.
