The location of Polk County Fire Rescue Station 2 is easily accessible, situated at Building 2523, Ewell Rd Road, Lakeland City. It's open 24/7, making it a convenient place to seek help during emergencies. The team's prompt response to emergency calls is impressive, as seen in the case of a birth in a friend's home. One of the clients was grateful for the assistance during a life-threatening situation. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience more positive for families. A wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance ensure that everyone can access the station. Unfortunately, one client had a disappointing experience with the ambulance service, citing a slow response time and inadequate assistance during a medical emergency. This incident highlights the need for the team to improve their response times and provide better support in critical situations. Despite this issue, the overall experience for most clients has been positive.
