On the other hand, some residents might have issues with the HOA, but as long as you stay on top of things, it's not a significant problem. It's worth noting that the location has a unique community feel, with residents enjoying the pool tables and shuffleboard tables. However, one resident experienced some negative interaction with the HOA, labeling them as "absurd." Overall, the community seems to value its residents and offers a comfortable lifestyle.
