I visited the location of this real estate agency in Tampa City and was generally pleased with the experience. The building is easily accessible, located on Memorial Hwy Highway, Suite 112. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, although I didn't interact with them in person. There are no clear signs of innovation in the agency's approach to real estate, but they do seem to offer a range of services, including commercial real estate agency, real estate development, and construction. The agency's co-branding with Point Realtor suggests that they may have some level of partnership or affiliation with a larger real estate company. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about the specific services or properties they handle. The agency's ratings are high, with a 5-star rating from third-party review sites, but it's worth noting that there may be some biases in these ratings. Some clients have reported a high level of service, with one client praising the local knowledge and industry expertise of their agent, Rick. However, there is no clear information about the agency's pricing or quality of service. One issue that stood out was the lack of transparency in the agency's services and pricing. This could make it difficult for potential clients to make informed decisions about whether or not to work with the agency. The phone number listed for the agency is +18134211117, but I couldn't find any information about their hours of operation or contact information.
