Poinciana Heating and Cooling, Inc, located at Building 1117, E Grove Ave Avenue, Lake Wales City, offers home aircon repair and HVAC contractor services. The business has an average rating of 3.7. Despite the good rating, there are some concerns with the quality of service provided by the company. Some customers have reported issues with the technician's expertise, with one reviewer stating that the technician did not seem to recognize the AC configuration and leaned towards replacement rather than repair. Another reviewer mentioned that the technician was rude and argumentative. However, other customers have had positive experiences with the company, praising their professionalism, responsiveness, and fair pricing. One reviewer noted that Lourdes, the owner and operator, is an Army veteran and a knowledgeable HVAC tech who is quick to respond to calls. The pricing for services seems to be competitive, with one reviewer noting that they got a good price for a full dismantle and install of a central air heat pump unit. The issue with the quality of service seems to be the main concern, as some reviewers have reported poor diagnosis technique and expensive repairs. However, it's worth noting that Lourdes has been praised for her professionalism and honesty.Overall, the company seems to have its strengths and weaknesses, and customers should be aware of the potential issues with quality before choosing to work with them.
